Reports
You agree to no resale or redistribution of reports, and to no use of reports or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models.
Model provider
Your use of Heardwire stays in compliance with xAI's Acceptable Use Policy (xAI Acceptable Use Policy ↗). That policy is passed through to customers.
Posts
X content is linked, not copied, and belongs to X and its authors. Heardwire stores the link, not the post.
Term
Desk plans have a 3-month minimum term as a contractual commitment. LEGAL DRAFT: owner confirmation. The plan then continues by auto-renewal until you cancel.
Refunds
No refunds for partial periods. Cancel any time via the billing portal. Cancellation is effective at period end.
Liability
Liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 3 months.
